At Greencell we were the first UK supplier to significantly develop the Chilean Kiwifruit season – identifying the opportunity to offer a competitive alternate to New Zealand fruit with supply from a known grower base rather than a pooled resource.

During the European season we work from well-established Greek and Italian sources. When available, we also supply Gold Kiwi fruit from Novemeber to February and then July to September.

By constantly focusing on obtaining better eating quality, our customers have seen the increased demand from theirs, delivering growth. To enable us to deliver the best eating quality we use the latest non-destructive technology, this tests each individual fruit to various criteria allowing us to select the fruits that best match our individual customer specifications and requirements.
New varieties are constantly being trialled and we are excited about bringing these to our market in future.
